EMERGENCY PHONE
The emergency phone at the pool places the call. In North Carolina it is permanently affixed inside the pool enclosure, or within 75 feet of a bather entrance.1

As of August 2, 2022, the FCC ruled that landline providers are no longer required to maintain landlines, which are costly to maintain and outdated.
Occupants are at risk, fines can be issued, occupancy can be restricted, and building owners can be held liable for installing an emergency phone system that is unreliable.
UL stands for Underwriters Laboratories, who are a global not-for-profit safety company that tests products and systems to ensure they meet safety standards. UL-Listed means UL have tested and verified that our offering meets the strict safety regulations it recommends for call centers.
Elevate units need to be in a temperature-controlled environment. We enclose our units in NEMA boxes to ensure full functionality in harsh environments. This is something that comes with an additional cost.
